By accessing or using My1Reminder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

My1Reminder is a field service management platform that provides:

• Customer relationship management
• Visit scheduling and tracking
• SMS reminder services
• Invoicing and payment tracking
• Business analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages without proper consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

5. SMS Services

Our SMS reminder service requires that you have obtained proper consent from your customers before sending them messages. You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid consent from message recipients
• Complying with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations
• Ensuring message content is lawful and appropriate
• Honoring opt-out requests promptly

SMS messages are sent through third-party providers. While we strive for reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery of all messages.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not share your customer data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by My1Reminder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My1Reminder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
